A Joyful Little Band and Blue Barn Scoops will be helping the Plover River Crossing celebrate their grand opening of a years-long project to create this incredible spur of the Green Circle Trail offering a safe alternative to the busy I-39 Interchange for people walking and biking and connecting the east and west sides of Stevens Point and Town of Hull.
