Eli can be found tickling the keys with Swing Doctors on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Bullseye Golf Club in Wisconsin Rapids. It’s a great place to grab dinner, a drink, and a dance partner. Take a drive out to our neck of the woods. Rosholt is about 20 east of Stevens Point, and is excited to hold their “Hometown Holiday” event. AJLB will be playing in Refuah Cafe from 6:00 until 7:00, followed by some solo piano by Eli.

Traditions of Jazz is excited to invite you to a special community performance hosted by A Joyful Little Band—a celebration of learning, creativity, and the joy of making music together.

Last weekend our new Jazz Club brought together high school musicians and adult players to rehearse, listen, discuss, and explore jazz in a relaxed, collaborative setting. Now, we’re ready to share the music with you!

During this two-hour event, this month’s Jazz Club members will share three featured tunes. It’s casual, it’s meaningful, and it’s exactly the kind of environment where musicians grow.

It’s also where community support makes all the difference. Whether you’re a friend, a family member, a jazz lover, or simply curious, we’d love for you to be part of this musical moment. Come enjoy a morning of creativity, connection, and joyful music-making! Your presence encourages these musicians and strengthens the community we’re building—one note at a time.

Suggested donation: $10 to help sustain our Jazz Club sessions.

Beth isn’t one for big birthday celebrations, but we’re hanging out at Refuah in Rosholt to celebrate her. More importantly, we’d like to introduce you to our nonprofit Traditions of Jazz and it’s first campaign: Pianos In Place.

A Joyful Little Band is excited to join the beautiful “step back in time” in Rural, WI.

We’re hoping for a beautiful fall day, and a wonderful cheery crowd. We’ll be playing on the banks of the Crystal River in a charming outdoor space.
